I live in University Heights, Ohio with my husband and four daughters. I am currently a stay-at-home mom, (former) Spanish teacher, and fitness enthusiast. I love sports, music, exercise, languages and cultures, volunteering, participating in our school and church community, baking, cooking, and enjoying amazing food and sweets!

About the Recipes

Most of the recipes and methods are familial and have been passed through three or four generations of bakers, beginning with my great grandmother (also named Rachel) and my grandmother, Cecelia.

About the Ingredients

I am committed to providing the highest quality gluten free baked goods to my customers. A sampling of ingredients used include Bob's Red Mill gluten free flours, Enjoy Life Chocolate Chip varieties, LorAnn oils, Blue Diamond almonds, and Barney Butter almond flour and almond butter.
